No physical shipping
Blankpaper provides online software subscriptions and downloadable digital collections. We do not ship physical goods, and there are no shipping charges.
When you receive access
Paid features and purchased collections are linked to the account used at checkout after the payment provider confirms payment. This normally takes a few minutes. A pending or failed payment does not unlock paid access. Check the account you used to purchase before paying again.
If access is missing
If your payment succeeded but access is still missing after 30 minutes, email support@blankpaper.dev with your account email and payment reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or security codes. We will help restore access or arrange a refund under our refund policy.
