Using Blankpaper
Blankpaper (blankpaper.dev) is an online canvas for diagrams, reusable components, and shared collections. These terms apply when you use the service. Contact support@blankpaper.dev with questions. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement, or use the service with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Your account and drawings
You keep ownership of your drawings and uploads. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to provide the features you use. Keep your sign-in details secure and upload only material you have permission to use. Device-only drawings depend on your browser’s storage: export backups before clearing it or changing devices.
Sharing and community collections
Sharing a link or publishing a collection makes that content available to its intended audience. Public community content can be viewed and copied as described on its collection page. Respect any source credits and licences. Buying a collection gives you access to use its content; it does not transfer ownership or permission to resell the collection. Contact us to report content that infringes your rights.
Plans and payments
Local drawing features are free. Optional subscriptions provide cloud features; some collections are sold separately. The price, currency, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. One-time collection purchases do not renew. Any change to a subscription price will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel future subscription renewals through account billing or by contacting support. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund ends it earlier. Our cancellation and refund policy explains eligibility and timing. Rights provided by applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Responsible use
Do not use Blankpaper for unlawful content, fraud, harassment, infringement, or attempts to compromise the service or other accounts. We may remove offending public content or restrict abusive accounts. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to resolve a mistake.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will be error-free. Keep copies of important drawings. We may improve features and update these terms; material changes will be announced through the service or email. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
